About Our Imam

Our imam, Erkan Aycicek, was born in 1975 in Samsun-Çarşamba, Turkey. He completed his primary education and Imam Hatip training in Samsun, laying the foundation for his lifelong commitment to Islamic scholarship.

In 1998, he graduated from the prestigious Marmara University Faculty of Theology. He began his service at the Presidency of Religious Affairs in 2003 and completed his advanced studies at Trabzon Haseki between 2005 and 2008.

In 2010, he earned his Master’s degree in Theology from Marmara University. He is currently pursuing his PhD thesis at İnönü Faculty of Theology.

Between 2013 and 2018, he served as a religious official in Melbourne, Australia, where he provided guidance and support to the local Muslim community.

Our Imam is married and blessed with two children.
