What to do?

Those who want to get married must first obtain a Marriage Certificate from the City Hall of the city they live in.

Please specify to City Hall, when asked, that the location is United Islamic Center (Ulu Cami) at the following address:

The certificate will be signed by the imam of our mosque. Our imam records the names in his Marriage Register.

With the certificate, they can then register the civil marriage at City Hall.
